Thank you for an eye-opening and dare I say life-changing coaching session Wednesday. Not only did I repair the client billing misunderstanding, I strengthened the client relationship. Where I would have let it go, chalking it up to a painful and lost opportunity that I would dwell on for years to come, I have already gotten paid and the client is grateful! As an experienced entrepreneur with ADHD, I gravitate to doing the work, not the administrative backlog.
